I am a surface pattern designer from Pakistan and now settled in the UK. My work is greatly influenced by my Pakistani roots and my childhood memories which means each piece tells a particular story of joyful optimism.
This floral pattern was hand-painted with gouache on paper and then professionally printed on 100% silk satin using inks certified as Azo dye-free. This scarf is packed beautifully in a white gift box made of 99% recycled paper from sustainable forests.
These scarves are a tribute to my mama. I know she would have loved this bright, vibrant and luxurious accessory. It is the perfect gift for birthdays or as a treat to yourself.
