  1. Returns
  • You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:
  1. Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
  2. Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  3. Be in the original packaging

Any items not eligible as per the above will not be refunded. Please do not send any items back before you have contacted me. Once the return is authorised via email, you can return the item(s) to me.

  1. Refunds
  • Once your returned item is received, I will notify you of the status after its inspection
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
  1. Return Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or defective
  • Please use a trackable shipping service as any lost items will be your responsibility
